Covering four themes, Good Walks bring you to open spaces to stimulate & focus the mind and body
Each Good Walk introduces you to practical tools, such as our Take5 & Take10 Cards, that enhance your personal development and awareness of the world.
Taking a coaching-led approach, the Good Life + Work team will guide you to discover what you could do, want to do, and will do to create Good Life + Good Work for you, your teams and your community.
You can join a scheduled walk or drop us an email and book a private walk as an individual or team.
You can undertake a single walk, choose to complete the full programme of four themed walks over four months, or go on a journey of continuous discovery.
Each walk is graded (easy, moderate & challenging), and last between 4 and 5 hours.
You can also take part in a Good Weekend, an intensive coaching programme, covering all four themes; starting with a gathering early on a Friday evening and finishing on Sunday afternoon.
